The Oahu Regional Transportation Plan 2035 is a blueprint that guides the OahuMPO and its participating agencies in putting together pieces of the transportation puzzle to address the mobility issues and transportation needs of our community.

ORTP 2035 is a multifaceted plan that integrates planned growth patterns and reflects available financial resources over the next 25 years.
